Features of A33Plex (Lyophilized Microspheres) Fluorescence Detection Kit 

1. Utilizing a 6-color fluorescence platform, the kit includes 30 autosomal STRs, 1 gender locus, 1 Y-chromosomal STR, and 1 Y-chromosomal Indel. It encompasses genetic markers such as D8S1132, D6S477, D19S253, D3S3045, D15S659, D10S1435, and others commonly used for combating human trafficking. It also includes highly polymorphic loci such as SE33, Penta D, Penta E, FGA, and D6S1043.

2. Specifically designed for human trafficking databases, the kit exhibits strong individual identification capabilities. It incorporates 12 mini-STR loci (with amplification lengths below 220bp), enabling the retrieval of more information from degraded DNA samples. It is compatible with direct amplification of most sample types and amplification of DNA extracted samples.

3. The kit employs FRET probes for enhanced sensitivity, while the inclusion of a positive internal control (IPC) aids in assessing sample quality and PCR success. The theoretical amplification time is approximately 70 minutes.

4. The lyophilized microspheres utilize a constant temperature amplification system. The microspheres are prepared using a freeze-drying process, ensuring uniformity and resistance to breakage. They have a long shelf life at room temperature and can be transported at ambient temperature over long distances, significantly reducing transportation costs.

5. The lyophilized microspheres contain reaction buffers, Taq polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, and primer mix for constant temperature amplification. Only water and template need to be added for PCR amplification, minimizing the preparation steps of the amplification system, reducing the risk of human error and contamination, and improving work efficiency.

6. After the mixture is lyophilized into microspheres, there is no difference in amplification efficiency, amplification balance, sensitivity, or resistance to inhibitors compared to the mixed liquid system.
