Features of  Y44SE PLUS  STR Detection Kit
1. Six-color fluorescent detection platform simultaneously amplifies 41 Y-chromosomal STR loci, including 32 loci with low mutation rates (below 1%) and 9 loci with high mutation rates (above 1%), as well as 3 extremely low mutation rate Y indels.

2. Y-STR database suitable for male lineage investigation, with strong individual identification capability. It includes all 35 loci required and preferred in the Y-database standards.

3. Includes 10 mini-STR loci (loci with amplification lengths within 220bp) to obtain more information from degraded DNA samples.

4. Compatibility with various types of samples, allowing direct amplification of most samples and amplification of purified DNA.

5. Rapid amplification, with a theoretical amplification time of approximately 70 minutes.
