Features of Y62Plex STR Detection Kit

1. Y62 utilizes the world's first eight-color fluorescence and fluorescence resonance energy transfer technology, including all 35 core loci in the Y-database standard, all preferred loci, and 27 alternative loci, as well as 3 extremely low mutation rate Y indels.

2. Suitable for Y-STR database construction and male lineage investigation. In cases of parentage testing or missing persons identification, to avoid false judgments, it is often necessary to use multiple assay kits in combination to ensure the accuracy of the analysis. Y62 offers strong individual identification capability and high accuracy.

3. Includes 16 mini-STR loci (loci with amplification lengths within 220bp) that facilitate typing and comparison of highly degraded and challenging samples. It contains three Y-indel sites that have near-zero mutation rates, making it more suitable for rapid comparison in male lineage investigations.

4. Compatibility with various types of samples, allowing direct amplification without the need for extraction or purification, including blood cards, saliva cards, blood filter papers, FTA cards, cotton swabs, and more. It can also amplify and detect extracted template DNA.

5. Rapid amplification, with a theoretical amplification time of approximately 70 minutes
